Enduring Understanding

  • Students at the end of the semester will have a basic understanding of Russian language. They will master speaking, reading, writhing and listening skills.
  • Students will also be able to have a basic conversation in Russian, read Russian print and have basic Russian cultural knowledge.


 

Course Design

 

Using the distance learning technology available to students and instructor, this course seeks to provide students with the necessary tools to learn Russian language at the intermediate level of study. Through practicing speaking, listening and writing in Russian, they will gain a solid knowledge of Russian language which will give them a rudimentary knowledge in both written and spoken Russian.
