Critical learning a second language is conversation.
At the core of each BSN Language Institute course is dialogue between the instructor and students in the Wimba Classroom online learning environment.
Students may attend class from the convenience of their school, dorm room or home.
The live classroom audio capabilities provide students with the opportunity to develop both speaking and listening skills in their target language. The student learning experience is enhanced by streaming video for modeling vocal techniques and gestures.
The Wimba Classroom eBoard allows students to interact with their teacher in real-time, receiving guidance in writing and reading.
Students also converse feedback through audio discussion boards, text chat, emotion and activity indicators and polling tools.
Live class sessions are recorded, so students can revisit any lesson anytime.
Students have access to a robust set of learning resources when enrolled in an BSN LI course.
