- Make sure your USB headset is plugged in before launching Configuration Room link.
- If you are preparing computers for student use, make sure you test under a student account or network environment.
- Complete Steps 1 and 2 for First Time Users here.
- Test your microphone according to the directions in the Configuration Room.
- View Recorded Introduction of Elluminate in Step 3.
- When finished, close the window to log out.
